Please take the following troubleshooting and bug reporting steps.

1) To ensure there are no conflicts with another user account, log out of your computer completely, and restart.
2) Open your browser in an incognito / private window (with no browser extensions enabled).
3) Open the browser's Developer Tools console (Ctrl+Shift+J on Windows, Shift+Command+I on MacOS), which may have useful info error messages.
4) Sign in to app.myfbbc.com , and try to reproduce the problem. Please describe the actions you take to reproduce the problem (eg, "On https://app.myfbbc.com/videos , I click 'Workout Creation'"); the expected behavior (eg, "I expect to see a collection of videos"); and the result you get instead (eg, "I get an error page").
